When you create an account on laku, you agree to these terms. We enforce them consistently across all players, whether you're accessing our sportsbook from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or any other supported region. Our terms cover account responsibilities, deposit and withdrawal processes, bonus conditions, and dispute resolution.

Your laku account is personal and non-transferable

You may not sell, trade, or gift your account to another person. You may not use someone else's identity to open a laku account. Violations result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.

Deposits, Withdrawals, Bonuses, and Disputes

How Deposits Work on laku

We accept eight payment methods across Indonesia: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. When you select a payment method on laku, the system generates a payment code or mobile banking link. Complete the transaction in your mobile wallet or banking app. Once settled, your laku balance updates and you can immediately use that balance on any laku game or market.

Deposits are final — once you've sent funds to a laku Virtual Account or mobile wallet instruction, we cannot reverse the transaction. If you send money to the wrong recipient, contact your bank or payment provider; laku cannot intervene. We recommend confirming the payment code or account number before authorising any transaction.

Withdrawals and Payout Timelines

You can request a withdrawal to any payment method you've previously used to deposit. Open your account menu, select "Withdrawal", enter the amount, and choose your destination. Your laku balance is debited immediately, and your request enters our verification queue.

We review all withdrawals for fraud signals and account compliance. Most requests approve within one business day. Large withdrawals or accounts with unusual patterns may take 2–3 business days. Once approved, funds transfer to your chosen method. Mobile wallet transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically complete within minutes. Bank transfers may require an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank's schedule. We notify you by email and push notification at each stage.

Bonus Terms on laku

We occasionally offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or promotional credits to laku players. Any bonus we provide is subject to our published terms, which we display at the time of offer. Bonuses are typically non-withdrawable until you've met a playthrough requirement — meaning you must use the bonus amount in wagers across specified games before converting it to cash balance.

Bonuses may have time limits (e.g. 30 days to claim or use). If a bonus expires, remaining credit is forfeited with no refund. We reserve the right to cancel any bonus if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Bonus terms are specific to each offer; always read the full terms before accepting a bonus.

Virtual Account

Playthrough Requirement
The number of times you must wager a bonus amount before converting it to cash balance — e.g. a 3x playthrough means wagering the bonus three times.
Session Timeout
On iOS browser, your laku session expires after subject to verification of inactivity. On Android, you remain logged in until you manually log out.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you believe a transaction on laku has been settled incorrectly or your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. Provide a clear description of the issue, the transaction or game involved, and any supporting details (timestamps, screenshots, etc.). We investigate all complaints and provide a response within 2–3 business days.

Game outcomes and odds on laku are final once the draw closes or the market settles. We do not adjust odds or results retroactively. If you dispute a specific game outcome, provide your laku game history reference number; we'll verify the result against our system records.

Jurisdiction-Restricted Access

laku operates only in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. We do not actively market in prohibited jurisdictions. If we detect that you're accessing laku from a jurisdiction where our services are restricted, your account may be suspended without notice. We do not offer refunds for suspensions tied to jurisdiction violations, though you may request withdrawal of your balance if available and permitted under local law.
